Welcome to The Vortex, an ongoing discussion which could, in theory, continue forever.  

However, in all likelihood, we’ll cap off conversation streams  from time to time - only to open up another one immediately (if for no other reason than to keep scrolling manageable).  

The Vortex is a forum in which any number of subjects can be explored:  current film and TV, upcoming film and TV, retro film and TV, books, magazines, games, science, history, mythology, toys…whatever participants may find interesting and noteworthy at a given moment.  

Unlike a number of message boards on the Internet, images can be easily shared here, and  many types of videos can also be embedded in our forums.  Thus, Geeklectica discussions tend to be colorful platforms filled with interesting and sometimes dynamic media.  We’ve found that these capabilities are working amazingly well on the whole, but please don’t hesitate to report any glitches you may come across.  

PLEASE NOTE that, like all forums on this site, The Vortex is actively moderated.  The free exchange of ideas is welcomed and strongly encouraged, but disrespect, trolling, hate speak, or bad Net etiquette have no place here.
